Reservations

We recommend calling as far in advance as possible for appointment reservations, which are available Tuesday through Saturday. Reservations are required to be held with a credit card or gift certificate number.

Cancellations

We ask that you please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your appointment. No shows will be charged for full service fees. 

Late Arrivals

Unfortunately late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service unless it is available and will be responsible for full service fees. 

Check ins

First time clients, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to discuss your treatment plan. Returning clients, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to discuss treatment plan

Cell Phones

Out of consideration for yourself and all of our clients, we ask that you please do not use you cell phone and silence it while visiting The Healing Tree.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are redeemable for one year after purchase date. THEY CAN NOT BE REDEEMED FOR CASH AND ARE NONREFUNDABLE.
